TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICY
Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil.
We sell various products and we take the quality of them very seriously. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.
Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be returned. Should customer wish to return any undamaged product, customer must promptly and within 24 hours of delivery of the product, contact Cantaloupe Health by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and acquire return direction. The customer shall pay the costs of shipment to the Manufaturer of returned items, unless the reason for the return is the result an error in shipment of product by the Manufacturer.
Any non-damaged and non-defective product returns shall be subject to a 25% restocking charge, with credit given for the balance of the charge, after receipt of the returned shipment, provided the product and packaging is in as good a condition as when shipped. No credt will be given for shipping charges incurred for the original shipment.
Cantaloupe Health is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any international shipments that are lost or taken by customs.
Customer may cancel any order only if such cancellation is communicated and received by Cantaloupe Health prior to order shipment, and in no event later than 24 hours after customer placed the order.
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing by email with a prominent indication in same that the order is CANCELLED, and making all necessary identification of the order requested to be cancelled.
If the cancellation is received after shipment, there will be no refund of shipping charges. In addition, a restocking charge of 25% will be charged to the customer for shipped cancelled orders.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 24 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
