Shipping Policy


Upon placing an order, we process them in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders within 5-7 business days (excludes holidays). This includes any shipments that are drop-shipped by our various vendors. This policy may be delayed during peak shopping times and may delay your order 1-4 business days from being shipped. If the order is on back order there will be a delay in your purchase, and you will be contacted by a customer service representative if your item becomes no longer available and an immediate refund will be given.

All orders are shipped with tracking information that will be emailed directly to you once the order has been processed. Some larger orders for different products may require sourcing from multiple vendors, so you may receive multiple shipments and tracking information for your order.  For large orders, insurance and a signature will be required to deliver the item(s). Depending upon the location of your shipment we will utilize USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

Cantaloupe Health is not responsible for shipping cost involved in returns unless the return is due to an error made by Cantaloupe Health.  Cantaloupe Health will charge the customer any and all fees associated with a bad address provided. If the apartment/suite number is not included or a bad postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a re-shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all packages returned because of a bad address being supplied. 

Cantaloupe Health can not be held responsible for any import/excise or duties to be paid by you if this is shipping to a country other than the United States of America. Cantaloupe Health is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any international shipments that are lost or taken by customs.
