Suggested Use– Take one dropper full and place under the tongue for 30-60 seconds. A dryness in throat is normal when ingesting MCT and will go away after 10-30 seconds.

One dropper (1ml) of the 1250mg bottle contains approx 20.8mgs of CBD and the 2500mg bottle will contain approx 41.6 mgs of CBD per dropper.
