Suggested use: Most customers dispense .05g/.05ml and ingest twice a day (making the 1 gram of Active CBD Oil-Gold last 10 days). The oil is designed to be placed under your tongue for 15-30 seconds before swallowing. Most customers push the oil onto a spoon for easy dosing. It is important to keep in mind that we all host unique endocannabinoid systems, and finding the right dose and routine may take some playing around with.
You can add the oil to your food or beverage of choice (with the understanding that the oil is non water soluble). If the oil is hard to dispense, simply place the container into warm water or a warm towel until it reaches your desired consistency.

A: Short answer: Yes. This CBD oil is 25% CBD by volume and while we do occasionally carry higher percentages this product is affordable, easy to dose and gets great reviews from customers across the board. A: The recommended starting dose is .05g twice a day or .1 gram (1/10th gram) a day. So at the recommended starting dose it would last 10 days. Some people require more but that is the starting dose. If you need to get a bargain but still want to see if it works for you before you by a whole lot we suggest the 3 gram option as that’s about a months worth at the starting dose and 1 month should be enough time for most situations to access whether CBD is right for you.
